All promises regarding aesthetics, protection against scratches, or durability are based on our experience and the specifications of the material manufacturers. We do not guarantee results that exceed these realistic and verifiable limits.

2. Rights and Obligations of the Parties

Obligations of SmokeStop S.R.L.:

• To perform ordered services professionally, using premium quality materials.
• To provide clear and accurate information about the procedure, maintenance, and limitations.
• To comply with all applicable legal regulations in the conduct of its activity.

Obligations of the Client:

• To provide correct information when placing an order or requesting a quote.
• To ensure access to the vehicle under appropriate conditions for the service provision.
• To acknowledge and accept that the aesthetic modification of taillights must comply with local road legislation regarding light intensity and color.

3. Limitation of Liability

Our services are aesthetic and protective. SmokeStop assumes no liability for:

• Damage caused to the vehicle due to reasons beyond our control during the service.
• Legal consequences resulting from the use of a vehicle with modified taillights under conditions that violate legislation.
• Normal wear of the material or its deterioration due to extreme operating conditions or incorrect maintenance.
• Any promises or claims that are not explicitly and in writing presented in the service offer.

4. Payment Terms and Policies

Prices are displayed in lei and are valid at the time of requesting a quote. Payment can be made according to the agreed method. Any additional fees or costs will be communicated in advance and will require the client's agreement.

We do not offer subscription-based services. Any reference to "packages" or "offers" refers to one-time services or promotional packages with limited validity, the conditions of which will be detailed separately.

5. Termination of Use / Service Cancellation

The client may cancel an appointment or order according to the terms communicated upon confirmation. For specific details, please consult the cancellation policy.

SmokeStop reserves the right to refuse to provide a service if the vehicle is in conditions that endanger safety or the quality of execution, or if the client's request contravenes legislation.
